Practical information

• Saturday to Saturday booking ; check-in time 4 pm ; check-out time : 10 am (throughout the year).
  
  
• Rental rates include electricity (8 KW/day).
  Meter for electricity is read on arrival and departure.
  Clients pay for additional consumption at a rate of 0,12 Euro/KW.
  
  
• Linen : Beds are prepared upon your arrival.
  
  
• Linen is not furnished, except for the “relaxing” weekend offer.
  
  
• Pets : not allowed (except for those accompanying handicapped persons)
  
  
• Cleaning : Please clean and tidy the cottage before departure. Upon request, the proprietor can handle it (45 Euros).
  
  
• Inventory : An inventory takes place upon arrival and departure (with the reading of the electrical meter).
  
  
• Damage deposit : a damage deposit of 153 Euros is payable upon arrival.
  
  
• Extras : Baby equipment (cot) ; towels ; firewood.
  
  
• Shops/doctors : All shops (bakery, super market, hairdresser, restaurants) and medical facilities (general practionner, dentist, ..) at 5 km (Epernon and Gallardon).
